1. Application purpose

The P. Rajeev Citizen App is a mobile platform for sharing constituency information, public communications, development updates, surveys, and citizen service requests. P. Rajeev is the client and person represented by the application. DizByte is the developer and technology provider.

The application is a private client platform and is not operated by a government department. Information shown in the application should not be treated as a legal entitlement, emergency service, or substitute for official processes unless expressly stated by the responsible authority.

2. User responsibilities

• Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Keep your account and authentication information private.
• Submit only information relevant to the request, survey, or service.
• Obtain permission before uploading another person's personal information, image, or media.
• Use the application in a way that respects other people's safety, privacy, and rights.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the application, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, submit malicious code, or use the service to harass, threaten, defame, exploit, or unlawfully target another person. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or harmful content.

4. Content and user submissions

You remain responsible for the information you submit. By submitting information, you allow it to be received and used for the application purpose described here, such as responding to a request or communicating an update. Do not submit information you do not have the right to share.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for notifying us if you believe your account or authentication information has been used without permission.

7. Intellectual property

The application, its software, design, branding, text, and other materials are owned by or used with permission by the client, DizByte, or their respective licensors. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit those materials without permission.

8. Third-party services

The application may use third-party services to support certain features. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer

The application is provided for its stated communication and information purposes. To the extent permitted by law, DizByte and the client do not promise that the application will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Do not use the application as the sole source for urgent or safety-critical decisions.
