Child Safety

1. Audience

The P. Rajeev Citizen App is intended for a general audience. It is not specifically directed to children, and children should use the application only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.

2. Child safety expectations

Users must use the application responsibly and must not submit, share, or request content that exploits, harms, threatens, or sexualizes a child. Do not use another person's information or image without appropriate permission.

Users should not submit unnecessary personal information about children, including a child's full name, exact address, school, phone number, routine, or identifying photographs. Share only information needed for a genuine service request.

3. Reporting a concern

If you see content or receive a communication through the application that may put a child at risk or appears inappropriate, contact DizByte immediately at indrajvenkatesh@gmail.com. Include the relevant description and, where safe and lawful, the screen or account details needed to locate the concern.

This published process uses email. No automated detection or moderation is claimed here.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service first.

4. Requests involving a minor's information

A parent, legal guardian, or other authorized person may raise a request about a minor's personal information by emailing indrajvenkatesh@gmail.com with the subject “P. Rajeev App Child Safety Request”. Please explain the request and the relevant information. We may ask for reasonable information to verify authority before taking action.

5. Review and response

DizByte, as developer and technology provider, will review the information provided and direct the concern through the applicable client process. Do not include unnecessary personal information when reporting.
