This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you use the P. Rajeev Citizen App. P. Rajeev is the client and person represented by the application. DizByte is the developer and technology provider.

The application is a private client platform for citizen engagement and constituency services. It is not operated by a government department. The application uses P. Rajeev's name and portrait with client authorization.

2. Information collected

Depending on the features you use, the application may collect information that you choose to provide, including:

• Account information, including your mobile number used for phone number verification using OTP.
• Profile information, including full name, date of birth or age, gender, voter ID, constituency, district, taluk, ward, booth, and profile photograph where provided.
• Constituency and related location information that you select or provide. The application does not use precise device GPS or location tracking.
• Optional family information that you provide about your father, mother, siblings, or children, including their name, gender, date of birth or age, and voter ID where applicable.
• Survey information, including opinion polls, issue surveys, feedback forms, and other constituency-related surveys.
• Device and notification information where needed to send app notifications.

3. How information is used

Information may be used to:

• Create and maintain your account and verify your phone number.
• Provide constituency information, announcements, updates, and services relevant to the information you select or provide.
• Maintain your profile and any optional family information you choose to provide.
• Administer opinion polls, issue surveys, feedback forms, and other constituency-related surveys.
• Associate survey responses with relevant account information, selected location information, response date and time, and answers provided.
• Send notifications about relevant updates, announcements, and services.
• Maintain, support, and protect the application and its users.

4. Information submitted by users

Information submitted by users is used for the purposes for which it is provided, including providing application services, responding to requests, communicating relevant information, and operating the application.

Family information is optional and should only be provided by the user when needed for an available application feature.

5. Service providers

We may use trusted service providers where necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and support the application. Such providers may process information only for purposes related to providing their services and are expected to handle information appropriately.

6. Retention and deletion

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the application's services, maintain legitimate operational records, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the application's users and services.
